Responsibilities

Own community management for three brands on Instagram and TikTok; drive social commerce growth by activating and supporting creators as affiliate and performance partners; execute social commerce campaigns that connect engagement to sales; develop scalable playbooks and best practices; stay updated on social commerce trends; collaborate with commercial, retail, ecommerce, and social teams; manage affiliate platforms and programs including onboarding, tracking, and reporting; monitor and optimize program performance; build reports and dashboards; use data for program improvements; educate internal stakeholders on social commerce impacts.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in social commerce, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, or digital marketing. Proficiency with affiliate platforms and performance marketing tools. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Analytical mindset with passion for engagement and sales data. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Entrepreneurial and proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow.
