Responsibilities
Lead the transformation and growth of service sales across multiple countries in EMEAI. Own revenue targets related to service contracts, renewals, and upgrades. Develop and execute regional sales strategies focused on expansion and retention. Lead and mentor a team of Service Sales Specialists based in UK and Germany. Shift sales approach to proactive, value-led service selling. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, OEMs, and partners. Navigate complex markets including France, Germany, UK, Italy, and Spain. Use CRM systems and data insights to improve sales forecasting and pipeline management. Collaborate across functions to embed service offerings commercially.
Qualifications
Proven sales leadership experience in capital equipment or technical industries. Demonstrated success in growing service or after-sales revenue. Experience managing and leading international sales teams. Exposure to scientific instrumentation such as Electron Microscopy (EM), Raman spectroscopy, or Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) techniques is desirable. Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and closing skills. Ability to drive commercial transformation and inspire sales teams. Comfortable working in complex and evolving market environments.
