Responsibilities
Design and implement immersive sound effects including environment, UI, and combat sounds. Utilize Unreal Engine 5's Sound System and procedural audio tools. Develop adaptive sound systems responsive to gameplay and world events. Collaborate with programmers on spatial audio and real-time mixing. Record, edit, and mix high-quality sound assets. Optimize sound design for open-world multiplayer performance.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in game sound design. Strong expertise with Unreal Engine 5 Sound System, Wwise, or FMOD. Experience designing procedural and adaptive audio systems. Understanding of physics-based and interactive audio. Passion for creating immersive soundscapes in survival and city-building games. Willingness to work onsite in Munich.
