Responsibilities
Serve as primary contact for training-related topics across select clients; build trusted stakeholder relationships; translate client needs into impactful learning solutions; design and develop training concepts and learning journeys; manage end-to-end delivery of training initiatives including timelines, budgets, and resources; ensure quality and participant satisfaction; collaborate with account management, business development, trainers, and partners; identify opportunities for upselling and account growth; provide visibility on account performance and risks; support proposal development and pitching of new training initiatives.
