Responsibilities
Lead customer onboarding and training for enterprise software solutions. Provide detailed project management throughout implementation and post-deployment phases. Serve as the primary post-sales customer contact, coordinating with sales, technical support, and R&D to resolve issues and improve product adoption. Handle escalations related to implementation and customer productivity, drive customer advocacy, and contribute to reducing churn and enhancing client retention and expansion.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles within Electronic Design Automation or related fields. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. Experience with Altium or other PCB ECAD and component management tools required. Strong communication skills in English; German language skills preferred. Ability to work effectively in matrix organizations and travel up to 30%. PLM experience is a plus.
