Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and daily management of global compensation and benefits programs ensuring alignment with business objectives and employee experience. Conduct market research and benchmarking to maintain competitive total rewards across all company locations. Manage compensation structures, salary ranges, bonus frameworks, and equity plans. Support annual and off-cycle salary review processes and ensure compliance with local legal requirements. Oversee employee benefits administration across geographies, coordinate with vendors and HR teams, and enhance benefit offerings based on feedback and market trends. Partner with People and Finance teams to align rewards with performance management, provide reward-related insights for decision-making, maintain accurate HR data in Workday, and prepare compensation analytics reports. Develop engaging communication materials to promote understanding of total rewards programs among employees and managers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; CCP certification or Master’s degree is a plus. 8+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits or similar roles with a strong data focus. Deep understanding of compensation structures, benefits, and employee recognition programs. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, modeling) and experience with performance tools like Leapsome desirable. Proficient with HRIS systems, particularly Workday, and adept at generating HR data reports. Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable recommendations. Excellent communication skills for stakeholder presentations. Detail-oriented, discreet, professional, and collaborative with high integrity.
