Responsibilities

- Manage daily commercial operations including pipeline reviews and deal progression. - Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer success, product). - Own key commercial projects and initiatives. - Support and lead complex, high-value strategic sales opportunities from prospecting to close. - Maintain sales performance reporting, revenue forecasting, and target tracking. - Manage CRM accuracy and generate insights. - Develop and manage commercial partnerships and new business opportunities. - Represent the company in key partner relationships alongside senior leadership.

Qualifications

- 7–10+ years in commercial, sales, or sales operations roles, preferably in SaaS, sports technology, motorsport, or high-growth B2B environments. - Proven independent management of full sales cycles. - Strong commercial acumen including pipeline mechanics, revenue forecasting, and SaaS metrics. - Leadership capabilities with ability to create structure and drive team performance. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - High emotional intelligence and ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders. - Background in motorsport or sports tech is a plus but not required. - Fluent English; no German language requirement specified.
