Responsibilities
Lead creative direction for brand campaigns and product launches, develop graphic systems such as typography and color palettes, design within scalable design systems across multiple channels, create and adapt templates in Figma, ensure brand consistency, own creative output from concept to delivery, support junior designers, maintain packaging artwork, design offline activations, execute print-ready designs, manage artwork adaptations, and collaborate cross-functionally with brand, marketing, supply chain, and retail teams.
Qualifications
3-5+ years experience in brand, graphic, or visual design ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors. Strong portfolio showing brand identity and campaign work. Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Motion design skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar) are a plus. Experience with generative AI tools is an advantage. English at C1 level or above required; German, French, or Italian are a plus. Able to work on-site in Berlin 3 days per week. Proactive, organized, collaborative, and comfortable with feedback in a fast-paced environment.
