Responsibilities
Own outbound prospecting for a defined territory or segment; design, execute, and iterate outbound sales experiments including messaging, channels, and ideal customer profiles; utilize AI tools for research, personalization, and prioritization of outreach efforts; confidently engage prospects via phone; analyze sales performance to improve outcomes; collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations teams to develop repeatable sales playbooks; maintain accurate CRM records using HubSpot and research tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Crunchbase; stay informed on product and industry trends.
Qualifications
Proven experience in outbound prospecting in SaaS or tech environments with a strong hunter mentality and comfort cold calling; ability to own and manage a sales territory; problem-solving mindset focused on curiosity and experimentation; strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with designing outbound strategies and applying AI tools in sales is a plus. Additional language skills (e.g. Spanish, Portuguese, German) are advantageous but not required. The role is not suitable for candidates preferring inbound-only or task-based SDR work.
