Responsibilities
Manage and grow a seven-digit annual revenue portfolio of affiliate partners; analyze large data sets and performance reports to optimize campaigns; negotiate commercial terms including payouts and budgets; develop and sustain long-term partner relationships; coordinate daily partner communications across commercial, legal, financial, and marketing areas; prospect and onboard new advertisers; analyze market trends and competitive landscape; collaborate with internal teams to improve performance; represent the company at industry conferences and partner meetings.
Qualifications
Hands-on experience in affiliate industry account management; proven track record in negotiating and managing revenue-generating partner portfolios; strong analytical skills with experience in BI and analytics tools such as Qlik or Tableau; high attention to detail; excellent communication and relationship-building skills; structured and organized work style; ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines; fluent in business English; German language skills are a strong plus; resilient and persistent mindset with adaptability to change.
