Responsibilities

Partner with regional executives for workforce planning supporting expansion; provide change management during organizational shifts; serve as communication channel between Global HQ HR and regional entities; deliver data-driven insights to leadership; design talent acquisition strategies for executive/sales roles; manage regional succession planning and talent reviews; facilitate onboarding tailored to regional needs; implement standardized appraisals and coach managers on performance feedback; promote high-performance culture and employee engagement; monitor labor law developments and resolve employee relations issues; advise on compensation and benefits localization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field; minimum 5 years progressive HR experience including 3 years as Regional HRBP; experience in MNC or regional head office with matrix reporting; preferred experience in direct selling, FMCG, healthcare, or retail; excellent English and Russian; Chinese language skills advantageous; strong labor law knowledge in region; proven remote cross-cultural team management; advanced data literacy and AI tool skills; ability to travel regionally up to 20%.
