Responsibilities

Partner with regional executives to develop workforce plans supporting regional expansion. Provide change management support during organizational transitions and market entry. Serve as communication link between Global HR and regional entities. Deliver data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency. Design talent acquisition strategies for executive roles. Manage regional succession planning and conduct annual talent reviews. Facilitate competitive onboarding tailored to regional differences. Implement adapted performance appraisal systems and coach country managers on feedback and performance enablement. Promote a high-performance culture aligned with corporate values. Oversee employee engagement initiatives to reduce turnover. Monitor labor laws across countries and resolve complex employee relations and compliance issues. Advise on compensation adjustments and localization of benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, or related field. Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience with at least 3 years as a Regional HRBP. Experience in multinational corporations with matrix reporting. Preferred background in direct selling, FMCG, healthcare, or retail industries. Professional fluency in English and French. Deep knowledge of labor law in the assigned region. Proven ability managing cross-cultural teams remotely and stakeholder management. Strong data literacy and experience with AI workflow tools. Ability to travel regionally up to 20%. Must have unrestricted legal authorization to work and travel in the region without sponsorship.
