Responsibilities
Develop and implement the product sales strategy in collaboration with field sales and marketing teams. Drive sales within assigned geographic areas to meet product sales quotas. Act as the liaison between product teams and sales channels, ensuring marketing programs and sales messaging are executed effectively. Coordinate sales education and training related to the product. Provide market intelligence on competitors and sales inhibitors. Facilitate communication and collaboration between sales leadership and other functional groups. Engage channel partners to support sales activities and maintain progress reporting to senior sales leadership.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of the HCM market and the Global Payroll market. Experience in product or channel marketing, or field sales management across a wide geographic area. Background in business services or business software is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, conceptualization, and negotiation skills are essential. Ability to work flexibly in a changing environment and strong team player attitude are required.
