Qualifications
Proven sales or customer-facing experience in high-volume outbound roles with a track record of exceeding quotas; strong verbal and written communication skills; customer service orientation; excellent time management and organizational skills; resilience and persistence in meeting targets; adaptability and coachability; proficiency with CRM software and sales engagement tools; fluent English language skills; German not required.
