Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and continuously improve organisational learning and capability strategies and frameworks. Lead creation of structured learning pathways, capability programmes, certification, and professional development initiatives. Design blended and digital learning solutions including learning platforms and communities of practice. Partner with technical teams and international programmes to strengthen localisation and sustainable capacity. Manage governance and optimisation of learning technologies ensuring quality and compliance. Conduct quality assurance of learning products and processes. Lead or coordinate learning initiatives with multiple stakeholders ensuring alignment with organisational standards. Analyse learning data and organisational trends to inform decision-making and continuous improvement. Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and knowledge sharing. Deliver key organisational training and onboarding as needed.
Qualifications
Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Instructional Design, or related field preferred. Proven experience developing and implementing organisational learning and capability initiatives in complex organisations. Strong skills in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, learning analytics, and digital learning technologies. Experience managing multi-stakeholder learning projects internationally, ideally in humanitarian or values-led contexts. Fluent English required; additional languages beneficial. Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders and support inclusive and innovative work practices.
