Responsibilities
Lead technical sales cycles including discovery, solution design, validation through proof of value and proof of concept. Design scalable, enterprise-ready AI solutions aligned with customer needs and business goals. Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for diverse stakeholders. Collaborate closely with account executives and cross-functional teams such as Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Solution Engineering to ensure a seamless customer journey. Feed customer insights into product and engineering teams to influence roadmap and product improvements.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience in a solution engineering or similar technical customer-facing role within SaaS or enterprise technology. Strong technical foundation across APIs, cloud environments, integrations, and enterprise architecture. Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and native or bilingual proficiency in Turkish. Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes effectively. Structured, solution-oriented mindset capable of navigating ambiguity. Interest in AI-driven products and enhancing customer experience.
