Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and systems aligned with organizational objectives. Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, and employee engagement. Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and corporate policies. Lead talent development and succession planning. Manage employee relations, workplace culture, and conflict resolution. Oversee the operation and management of staff residences. Lead and develop the HR team, set departmental objectives, and represent HR in senior management meetings.

Qualifications

Proven experience in senior HR management roles, preferably within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of HR strategy, labor law compliance, payroll and benefits administration. Leadership skills with experience managing HR teams. Excellent communication, mediation, and organizational skills. Fluency in Vietnamese language is required.
