Responsibilities

Manage the entire employee lifecycle independently, including onboarding and offboarding processes; handle end-to-end recruitment tasks such as applicant management, conducting interviews in English, drafting and publishing job ads; prepare and administer employment contracts, references, and other HR documents; coordinate onboarding programs; ensure positive candidate experiences; serve as main contact for HR-related inquiries; contribute to enhancing HR processes, digitalization, employer branding, and participate in strategic and operational HR projects.

Qualifications

Completed commercial training or degree, preferably focused on Human Resources or Personnel Management; initial professional experience in recruitment or comparable HR roles; ideally experienced in active sourcing via professional networks; sound knowledge of labor law and social security regulations; excellent written and spoken English skills; structured, conscientious, independent working style; strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
