Responsibilities

Define and implement the HR roadmap for Germany including key initiatives and continuous improvement. Partner with managers on employee management fostering high motivation and performance. Lead recruitment processes from candidate selection to onboarding. Oversee employee administration and ensure competency alignment with role requirements including assessment and training suggestions. Align internal policies with local labor laws, handle legal cases, and implement global HR policies related to leadership development, compensation, budgeting, and reporting. Support a unified HR approach across EMEA and maintain key stakeholder relationships with site and cluster leadership, corporate HR, external providers, and government agencies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Business or related field. Minimum 3-5 years experience as HR Business Partner or HR Manager in an international company. Knowledge and experience working within unionized environments and with Works Council. Strong understanding of remuneration practices and employment law. Proficient in HRIS systems, preferably Oracle. Excellent communication skills and cultural understanding. Leadership qualities and strong business acumen. Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proven record of delivering results in fast-paced environments. Fluent written and spoken English. Proficient with MS Office applications.
