Responsibilities
Lead and develop talent acquisition team and strategy; build sustainable sourcing capability and talent pipelines; develop employer branding and candidate experience; define agency strategy and governance; create recruitment analytics and reporting; evolve job architecture and salary bands into global rewards structure; grow compensation benchmarking; own annual compensation cycles and pay equity audits; design scalable global benefits strategy; define and establish people and workforce analytics including predictive models; partner with HR Tech teams; translate data into executive insights; support due diligence and audits; own workforce planning in Germany, collaborating with business leaders and HR partners to anticipate talent needs and feed insights into talent acquisition and compensation budgeting.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, or people functions preferably in tech scale-ups; proven leadership in building and managing teams; strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders with clear communication; deep expertise in talent or compensation with curiosity about broader people functions; comfort with ambiguity and creating structure; business proficiency in English is required; German is a plus; experience across multiple people disciplines preferred over narrow specialization.
