Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional GTM execution and strategy implementation by aligning Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams around defined plans, milestones, and outcomes. Own the GTM playbook ensuring one interlocked operational rhythm, resolve conflicts between priorities and handoffs, and continuously optimize GTM building blocks such as TAM identification, territory planning, demand generation, pipeline velocity, and sales plays. Interpret data and KPIs to adjust strategies and improve outcomes, working closely with executive leadership and RevOps. Drive repeated adoption of successful methods and discard ineffective efforts to mature the revenue-taking system in a SaaS scale-up environment.
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years in enterprise software across roles spanning Revenue Operations, GTM strategy, Product Marketing, Sales Leadership, or Business Transformation with proven success in scaling GTM motions from inception to repeatable models. Experience leading complex cross-functional programs with senior stakeholders and tight deadlines, without direct reports. Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance output and speed. Excellent communication and persuasion skills with experience presenting to executives. Familiarity with SAP ecosystems, low-code platforms, and partner/channel-driven growth is advantageous.
