Responsibilities

Design and implement a global mobility strategy, processes, and policies aligned with company growth and culture; manage compliance with legal, tax, and social security requirements for international employee assignments and relocations; select and oversee relationships with relocation agencies, tax advisors, legal experts, and visa specialists; deliver comprehensive support to employees throughout their mobility journey, serving as primary contact; implement and optimize mobility management software, integrating with travel and HR systems; monitor and report on costs, timelines, and performance metrics, refining processes to support international expansion.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in global mobility, preferably in consulting or fast-growing companies, with proven ability to build and scale processes; in-depth knowledge of visa, tax, social security, and labor law as applicable to international assignments; hands-on experience designing and executing mobility programs; strong English language skills are mandatory, German proficiency is advantageous; proactive, solution-oriented mindset suited for dynamic company culture; certifications in global mobility (e.g., GMS, Mercer, IHK) are a plus.
