Responsibilities

Write, structure, and iterate on prompts that define NPC personalities, dialogues, and behaviors. Design AI systems that guide NPC interactions, ensuring organic and contextually relevant responses. Collaborate with game design and AI engineering teams to integrate AI with game mechanics such as quests and economy. Build automation systems for NPCs to assist players effectively. Continuously test and improve prompt quality based on player feedback and playtesting.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in game design or a related creative role. Strong practical knowledge of large language models, including prompt structuring and understanding model strengths and limitations. Experience designing characters, dialogue, or narrative systems.
