Responsibilities
Own and improve end-to-end sales processes including lead-to-order, quotation, pricing, and order management. Act as key partner for the sales organization ensuring consistent process and data flow across CRM and ERP systems. Configure and optimize sales functionalities in IFS Cloud ERP and act as functional counterpart for Dynamics CRM. Analyze incidents and change requests, support testing, releases, and system quality assurance. Ensure smooth integration between CRM and ERP, translate business requirements into functional designs, prepare solution concepts and decision templates. Coordinate external service providers, facilitate workshops and alignments with sales, finance, and operations teams. Enable users through training and documentation.
Qualifications
Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration/Economics, or comparable qualification. Strong understanding of sales processes in industrial or B2B settings. Experience with ERP systems (preferably IFS Cloud) and CRM systems (preferably Dynamics 365). Ability to work across system boundaries between CRM and ERP. Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership. Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Very good English language skills.
