Responsibilities
Translate and proofread video game content including in-game text and marketing materials from English US into Hungarian using CAT tools (memoQ, Phrase, Smartling). Perform machine translation post-editing and participate in quality assurance processes. Collaborate within a global team to deliver high-quality localized gaming experiences.
Qualifications
Excellent proficiency in Hungarian (target language) and English (source language). Proven experience in translation, proofreading, and MTPE, specifically within video game content. Familiarity with CAT tools memoQ, Phrase, and Smartling, as well as Plunet TMS. Ability to provide references and samples of previous game translation work. Passion for video games and understanding of gaming terminology.
