Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily food service operations ensuring team collaboration and guest satisfaction. Inspect staff grooming and attire, conduct opening and closing duties including supply setup and cleaning. Manage storage areas with focus on organization, FIFO utilization, and cleanliness. Conduct inventory checks and requisition supplies. Monitor dining areas for guest seating, service quality, and safety. Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating staff. Act as role model and first point of contact for employee concerns. Ensure adherence to safety and security policies; report accidents and unsafe conditions. Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets. Interact professionally with guests, anticipate needs, and provide assistance. Promote teamwork and address employee concerns appropriately. Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-savings. Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and maneuvering in various workspaces. Execute additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.). Minimum 2 years related work experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage inventory, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain high-quality guest service. No specific language requirement indicated, English proficiency assumed.
