Responsibilities
Depending on the chosen profile: Develop creative styling concepts and 3D designs; transform 2D sketches into precise digital and physical models with Class-A surfaces; or plan, coordinate, and track creative projects to meet studio objectives. Collaborate across departments, manage resources, monitor risks, and communicate project status to management, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Transportation Design, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields. Specialized university or technical modeling school graduate preferred. Proficiency with design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Autodesk Alias, Maya, Rhino, ICEM Surf, Blender), project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Jira, Confluence). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A two-wheeler riding license or capability is a plus but not mandatory.
