Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of five E-commerce Leads; set direction and priorities for digital customer experience activities; translate strategic commercial priorities and customer insights into actionable digital plans; secure full-funnel optimization of the digital experience across app and web; analyze sales performance, web analytics, customer behavior, and A/B tests to identify improvement opportunities; share learnings and support continuous improvement; monitor and optimize delivery, payment, and returns processes; drive implementation of post-purchase strategies and new capabilities; coordinate with customer support and technology teams; collaborate closely with commercial leadership and global functions; identify pain points and recommend improvements to local and global teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field; minimum six years’ experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, or digital commercial optimization, preferably in fashion or retail; proven leadership experience managing a team; strong understanding of digital ecosystems including app, web, content, navigation, analytics, and testing; skills in data-driven digital performance improvement; ability to work cross-functionally and influence without formal authority; excellent English communication skills; strong analytical, planning, and communication abilities; comfortable balancing local business needs with global digital strategies.
