Responsibilities
Forecast and consolidate demand using historical data, sales inputs, and market signals; align forecast with sales teams; plan replenishment requirements for components; analyze and challenge forecasts; coordinate order approval processes; monitor forecast accuracy and inventory; improve forecasting tools and processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, Procurement, or equivalent experience; strong analytical and Excel skills; experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain; business-level English communication. Preferably experience in B2B manufacturing or related fields, knowledge of ERP/planning systems, strong stakeholder management, and high organizational skills.
