Responsibilities

Define and own the end-to-end customer marketing strategy, building scalable advocacy and storytelling programs; develop systems to source high-impact customer stories across industries and products; create customer-facing assets such as case studies, testimonials, and co-marketing content; collaborate with product marketing, customer success, sales, partnerships, content, and demand generation to align messaging; translate customer experiences into sales and marketing assets; enable sales teams with proof materials to improve deal conversion; build repeatable workflows and processes to scale operations; measure and optimize customer marketing initiatives based on business impact.

Qualifications

Senior experience in customer marketing, product marketing, customer advocacy, or content-driven storytelling within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment; proven ability to build structured programs and operating models in early-stage marketing functions; strong track record of converting customer insights into impactful marketing and sales assets; experience working cross-functionally and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority; excellent storytelling and communication skills with strategic and hands-on execution capabilities; experience supporting enterprise or technical buying journeys; familiarity with developer tools, AI, automation, or technical SaaS environments is a plus; experience with customer advocacy or reference programs preferred; exposure to global multi-region go-to-market organizations advantageous.
