Responsibilities

Support IP Attorneys with daily patent prosecution and timely filings. Monitor and docket internal and statutory deadlines for worldwide patent portfolios. Coordinate patent filing activities, invention disclosures, inventor remuneration workflows, and signature processes including assignments and powers of attorney. Review patent expiration dates and annuities for accuracy. Develop internal quality control procedures and prepare patent status reports. Manage administrative tasks such as archiving files, coordinating with service providers, and supporting IP-related HR processes. Contribute to IP projects and internal policy development, as well as providing operational support for office activities and events.

Qualifications

Certified Patent Paralegal or equivalent training, open to entry-level candidates. Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Exceptional organizational abilities with high accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadline pressure. Familiarity with IP management software (experience with Anaqua is a plus). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
