Responsibilities
Manage and lead multiple teams and accounts with a focus on the data centre sector. Act as key account manager, building trusted client relationships. Engage in business development with new and existing clients. Oversee strategic client projects ensuring all cost management deliverables are met within contractual performance parameters. Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with clients and contractors. Mentor and lead teams to achieve optimal performance and deliver exceptional client value.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction with significant pre- and post-contract cost management experience in data centres. Degree or equivalent in cost management or quantity surveying. Chartered status preferred, ideally a member of RICS. Proven operational management skills and confidence in leading client meetings. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Commitment to building strong collaborative relationships with clients and teams.
