Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor for partners. Develop and execute account strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and lifetime value. Analyze complex KPIs to provide actionable insights and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews. Translate partner feedback into prioritized product requirements. Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams to address challenges and improve workflows. Monitor performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in adtech, gaming, rewarded advertising, user acquisition, or related digital industries. Strong analytical and data-driven approach with the ability to interpret sales data and derive actionable strategies. Proven sales-driven mentality focused on growth. Excellent English communication skills with confidence to negotiate and challenge clients constructively. Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to exceeding targets.
