Responsibilities
Build Jira automations to reduce manual work and streamline team processes; improve workflows by identifying and resolving pain points; set up OIDC connections between Jira and Identity Provider; explore and introduce AI-assisted work methods; benchmark and report development metrics; manage access and permissions; perform general sys-admin tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled student in Computer Science or related technical field; strong technical background with scripting skills (e.g., JQL, Python); interest or experience in Jira/Confluence administration; structured problem-solving mindset; curiosity about AI tools; good communication skills; fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
