Responsibilities
Support and develop operational processes, maintain accurate operational databases, draft and organize internal and external documents, monitor changes in relevant EU directives and standards, track purchase orders and procurement records, and propose and implement workflow automation initiatives using modern tools and AI.
Qualifications
Current enrollment in business, engineering, operations, or related studies; structured, reliable, and detail-oriented work approach; ability to work independently; fluency in English required; German skills are a plus; minimum commitment of 16h/week for working students or 3 months full-time for interns. Experience with database tools like Airtable or Notion, curiosity about automation and AI, interest in regulatory topics, procurement, logistics, operations, hardware, deep tech, or defense is advantageous.
