Responsibilities

Track and manage purchase orders and inventory levels, proactively communicate delays or discrepancies to stakeholders. Assist in resolving operational bottlenecks and adapt processes to prevent future issues. Collaborate with Supply Chain Management and Buying teams to align on operational needs. Develop and support implementation of standard operating procedures for fulfillment. Monitor supply and inventory KPIs, perform deep dives and ad-hoc analyses to identify root causes of operational challenges.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program related to Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Strong interest in supply planning, forecasting, supply chain analytics, and process improvement. Practical experience such as internships or working student roles is a plus. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Excel. Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German language skills are advantageous but not required.
