Responsibilities
Develop and support project management governance processes using Scrum, Kanban, or similar tools; create management-level PowerPoint presentations translating data into clear KPIs and insights; independently extract and compile data from BI tools such as QlikView; prepare and structure Excel datasets ensuring accuracy; build and maintain campaign tracking and KPI reports; manage recurring reporting decks adhering to corporate templates; administer MS Teams and SharePoint including announcements and meeting coordination; translate data insights into actionable messages for internal campaigns.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Data/Analytics, Business, Marketing or related fields, with availability for around 12 months; strong skills in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charting) and PowerPoint (thinkcell); experience with BI/reporting tools such as QlikView, Qlik Sense, or Power BI is advantageous; fluent in English; analytical mindset with high attention to detail; ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks; proactive problem-solving skills; keen interest in continuous learning and the shipping and logistics sector.
