Responsibilities

Prepare and configure laptops and IT equipment for employees; reinstall and reconfigure macOS and Windows devices; maintain accurate inventory and asset records; support hardware lifecycle processes including receiving, shipping, storage, and disposal; assist with stock management and audits; handle simple IT support requests and service desk tickets; assist employees with hardware, software, and workplace technology issues; escalate technical issues as needed; support onboarding and offboarding activities; assist workplace setup and meeting room technology checks; update documentation and knowledge base; assist with data entry, asset administration, and operational tracking; help maintain operational standards and processes; support IT projects and operational initiatives; keep IT workspaces and equipment organized.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a university or higher education institution; interest in IT Operations, End User Services, or workplace technology; basic understanding of Windows, macOS, and common workplace applications; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; willingness to learn and take ownership; structured and reliable work approach; good communication and interpersonal skills; service-oriented mindset and positive attitude; ability to work independently and collaboratively; fluent English; ability to work onsite regularly.
