Responsibilities
Support the team in strategic marketing tasks focusing on innovation management; evaluate and integrate AI tools and generative workflows to enhance operational efficiency; organize, document, and follow up on the Innovation Steering Board activities; serve as a central contact for product managers regarding project reviews; actively contribute to ongoing development of innovation processes; assist in business field analysis and document maintenance.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled university student in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or a related field; confident use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); initial hands-on experience with modern AI tools such as MS Copilot or Gemini; prior experience with Power BI or Atlassian Confluence is a plus; ability to work independently with reliable and structured output; strong communication skills; fluent in English (German is a plus); enthusiasm for strategic, process-oriented topics and innovation management.
