Responsibilities
Plan and execute online and offline events such as investor pitch events and community formats; build and maintain contact lists for investors and stakeholders; draft and refine event communications including invitations and follow-ups; coordinate logistics for on-site events including venue, catering, and technical setup; manage platforms used for virtual event formats; collaborate with relevant teams on day-to-day organizational and project-related tasks.
Qualifications
Experience in event management through jobs, internships, or student initiatives; strong organizational skills and a self-driven working style; curiosity about the startup and investor ecosystem; currently enrolled as a student at an accredited university; fluent in English, both written and spoken; German language skills are a plus but not required.
