Responsibilities

Implement AI-driven automation processes in the Education area from concept to rollout, including AI-based startup idea evaluation and automated email workflows. Collaborate closely with the Education team to discover new automation opportunities and translate operational challenges into AI solutions. Support day-to-day education operations by coordinating processes, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth execution.

Qualifications

Current enrollment at an accredited university throughout the position duration. Experience with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT and automation platforms such as Make, Notion, or Zapier. Basic programming knowledge or familiarity with low-code/vibe coding. Ability to work independently and efficiently with large datasets. English language skills at B2 level or higher. Interest or experience in startup ecosystems, entrepreneurship education, or learning design is a plus.
