Responsibilities
Take ownership of recurring organizational formats end-to-end, including preparation, coordination, and execution. Assist in cross-functional projects with research, documentation, and follow-up tasks. Plan and coordinate logistics, scheduling, and execution of onsite meetings and team events in collaboration with HR and operations teams.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally in business, technology, or related fields. Strong organizational skills and reliability with the ability to independently manage tasks. Clear communicator in English with a proactive mindset. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Previous experience in startups or tech companies is a plus.
