Responsibilities
Manage and respond to finance-related inquiries; support invoice processing and master data maintenance; assist with employee expense claims and payment run preparations; support invoice postings in Microsoft Dynamics NAV; help reconcile bank transactions and incoming payments; contribute to month-end closing activities and regulatory reporting; collaborate across Finance and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program focused on Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; strong interest in accounting and finance; structured, detail-oriented, and able to multitask; proficiency in Excel; comfortable handling financial data and reports; proactive team player with strong English communication skills; German language skills are beneficial but not required.
