Responsibilities
Support the Finance Team with processing incoming invoices, preparing financial reports and analyses, supporting monthly payroll and commission calculations, optimizing and automating processes and workflows using AI, and reorganizing invoicing structure to automate invoice processes.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 3 semesters completed. Strong skills in AI applications (Claude and Copilot), Excel, and Power BI, with a fast learning aptitude for new tools. Reliable, careful, and conscious in task handling. Fluent in English and valid work permit for working student roles in Germany.
