Responsibilities
Support preparation of client-facing materials including strategy and solution proposals, account and implementation plans. Analyze reports and performance data to extract actionable insights. Assist in planning, tracking, and documenting client initiatives to ensure structured follow-through. Identify friction points to improve client strategy and solution adoption.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program with strong academic performance. At least one prior internship or working student experience in consulting. Experience in fast-paced startups or scale-ups is advantageous. Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
