Responsibilities
Support design and development of AI agents assisting with HR-related queries and workflows; prototype and refine conversational AI tools using modern frameworks; analyze and map HR processes to identify automation opportunities; configure and integrate AI tools with internal systems; develop and maintain system prompts ensuring quality, compliance, and alignment with corporate culture.
Qualifications
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Human Resources with a technical focus, or a related field; hands-on experience with AI integration and automation workflows; strong interest in AI and large language models; structured and solution-oriented approach; good English communication skills; German language skills are a plus; availability for at least 6 months during the working student contract period.
