Responsibilities
Supervise and develop existing HR environments using Workday and other HR platforms; lead technical projects and implementation phases; support technical and functional processes with Workday and related systems; analyze business processes to identify gaps and improvements; collaborate with HR key users to maintain system stability; conduct system and acceptance testing; document processes thoroughly; build trusted relationships with project stakeholders; expand Workday implementations with customizations suitable for a fast-growing company.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 3 years professional experience as a Business Analyst, Administrator, or Consultant specializing in Workday. Proven experience with Workday Recruiting configuration and support. Familiarity with Workday modules such as Compensation, 3rd-Party Payroll Integration, Talent & Performance, Absences, and Workday Integrations is a plus. Fluent English language skills; additional European languages advantageous.
