Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end website as a revenue conversion engine; optimize conversion rates and user journeys; develop and improve SMB PLG conversion flows; create personalized ABM and enterprise website experiences; lead end-to-end CRO strategy including A/B testing and funnel optimization; manage website infrastructure including CMS and integrations; partner with GTM operations for data and funnel analytics; support global demand generation campaigns with consistent, scalable localizations.
Qualifications
4-7+ years in growth or CRO roles within B2B SaaS; strong experience with website management using CMS tools, conversion rate optimization, and A/B testing frameworks; proficient with marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel; technically minded with skills in front-end development an advantage; experience with PLG funnels and ABM strategies preferred; ability to work in multi-region setups and fast-paced environments.
