Responsibilities
Create and maintain electrical wiring diagrams and harness documentation; modify baseline designs for customer-specific electrical customizations; define wire routing, harness layouts, pin assignments, and labeling ensuring consistency across schematics and installation documentation; support production and assembly teams with on-site checks and troubleshooting; coordinate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure feasibility, compliance, and continuous improvement of wiring standards.
Qualifications
Must fulfill general V.I.E program requirements (EU graduate aged 18-28); degree in electrical or aerospace engineering or comparable studies; experience with electrical design tools such as See Electrical, EPLAN Electric P8, or AutoCAD Electrical; solid knowledge of electrical wiring and harness design, ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring schematics; understanding of manufacturing and installation constraints; familiarity with configuration management and design change processes.
