Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and maintain videoconferencing solutions using Cisco and Microsoft Teams platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video endpoints, conferencing bridges, and integrations. Manage user provisioning, permissions, and policies for video platforms. Monitor system performance, conduct regular health checks, and optimize for reliability and quality. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for escalations, upgrades, and new feature rollouts. Provide user training and documentation on best practices. Qualifications

Degree or diploma in IT, Networking, or a related field. Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate certification or equivalent required. Polycom Certified Videoconferencing Engineer (PCVE) and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Collaboration or higher certifications preferred. Minimum of 3 years experience in videoconferencing engineering or unified communications support. Proven expertise in Cisco and Microsoft Teams environments, large-scale deployments, and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of network protocols such as SIP and H.323, and familiarity with Session Border Controllers and cloud video interoperability.
